Aluna was born from a very personal place. Years of chronic stress, a body I had stopped listening to, and a deep need to find my way back to myself.
I'm Natalia, holistic nutritionist and chef, and that experience is what brought me here. Because I know I'm not alone in it. So many of us are exhausted, trying every supplement and every diet, searching for the thing that will finally make us feel okay, not realizing that the missing piece is learning to actually listen to your own body.
At Aluna, we go to the root. Chronic stress quietly unravels the nervous system and the gut, and when those two are out of balance, everything feels harder: your digestion, your energy, your mood, your sense of self. As a holistic nutritionist, I look at all of it. What you eat, how you eat, how you feel, what you carry.
This isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. It's an invitation to slow down, come back to yourself, and discover what you actually need, because that knowledge will change everything.

A gentle, deeply relaxing energy therapy that works directly with the nervous system. By lightly touching 32 points on the head, Access Bars releases the mental chatter, tension, and stress patterns that keep us stuck. Sessions leave you feeling calmer, clearer, and more at ease in your body.
Intimate gatherings where food, creativity, and nervous system practices come together. These are spaces to slow down, connect with your body, and be in community with others who are also finding their way back to themselves. Each event is designed to nourish you on every level.
I’m Natalia, holistic nutritionist and chef, and for a long time I lived completely disconnected from my own body. Years of chronic stress left me exhausted, searching for answers in every diet and supplement, never quite finding my way back to myself. That journey is what led me to Aluna.
My background brings together nutrition, food, and the kind of practices that actually help the nervous system soften: movement, creativity, art therapy, and learning to listen inward. I believe that what we eat matters deeply, and so does how we feel when we eat it, how we treat ourselves, and how much space we allow for rest and expression.
I’m not here to hand you a protocol. I’m here because I’ve been lost in my own body and found my way back, and I know how much that changes everything. Aluna is the space I wish I’d had.
