The Art of Nourishment is a workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body through food, awareness, and nervous system regulation.
What does it really mean to nourish yourself?
In a world full of nutrition trends, supplements, and sometimes conflicting advice, it’s easy to lose trust in our own bodies. We often try what others are doing, maybe from an aunt or an influencer online, things we are told are “healthy”, and yet our bodies respond differently: bloating, fatigue, inflammation, or discomfort.
We'll talk about why one person's favourite "healthy" food can be another person's stress, and how the answer to "what should I eat" isn't really a list. It's a conversation between you and your body that most of us were never taught how to have.
We'll also look at why our nervous system and our digestion are so deeply linked. Why eating in a rush, or eating while bracing for a hard conversation, or eating in a body that hasn't felt safe in months, changes how food actually lands. Nourishment isn't only what's on your plate. It's the state you're in when you sit down to eat.
This workshop is an invitation to step out of comparison and come back to something much more intelligent: your own body.
We begin with a moment of stillness, a guided journaling experience to help you arrive fully, leave the noise of the week behind, and reconnect with yourself before anything else. From there we move through reflection, conversation, and simple practices. And we close by sharing a nourishing lunch, prepared entirely by me and ready for you to sit down and enjoy, as a living expression of everything we explored together.

This workshop is for anyone who feels disconnected from their body, overwhelmed by wellness culture, or simply ready to slow down and come back to themselves. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
